Brian Travers is a Life Sciences industry Executive with over two decades of experience in Commercial, Operations and Finance capacities. His leadership experience has spanned from large multi-nationals to start-ups, and he has lived and worked in the United States, China, Taiwan, Singapore, France, Germany, and New Zealand.
Brian leverages his expertise to help life science companies with Clinical Trial Oversight, Asia-Pacific Regional Expansion, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Integrations, Leadership, and Strategy Development.
Brian’s career highlights include:
• Leading Clinipace’s APAC region to achieve a 48.8% CAGR in new sales bookings, a 58% CAGR in EBIT-DA, and a 50% reduction in employee turnover over his four-year tenure as head of the Asia-Pacific region.
• Leading inVentiv Health’s China business to 80% revenue growth and 150% EBIT-DA growth, as well as establishing a long-term strategic partnership with a major multinational pharmaceutical company that still exists and is growing to this day.
• Successful completion and oversight of the clinical diagnostics business integrations in France in Germany following the Thermo Electron merger with Fisher Scientific (Thermo Fisher Scientific)
Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Indiana University – Bloomington, and a Master of Science in Clinical Research Administration from The George Washington University.
Brian’s diverse geographical experience makes him very effective at building bridges and solving problems efficiently across complex, multi-regional organizations.
